The sitting/dining room is 20×20 feet. Beyond this is an open plan, recently modernised kitchen. The hallway and landing area is vaulted and has an art gallery feel. Inside the downstairs guest toilet and kitchen will be made available to the production crew. There are no local parking restrictions at any time and there are no overlooking houses, thus the area is already frequently used for location work.
