An East London style warehouse in Woking with four different studio spaces under the same roof. This location was previously a factory and is now a 2000 sqft Film and Photography space. The warehouse is set in the countryside with beautiful views across sprawling fields. Woking is a 10-minute drive away offering great transport links to London. There are four different areas available for hire, including three large, industrial style rooms with windows, as well as a large studio with a green screen. The large studio is equipped with a sofa area, large table and chairs as well as a make up table and clothes steamer.

There is also an open plan foyer with a large kitchen and communal space supplying tea, coffee and plenty of seating. Just outside the studio is a shower, changing room and toilets. Wifi and 2x CAT6 ports providing 1GB transfer speeds is available on site. For power, there is a 3 phase 63 amp plug running to a distribution box with 6x 32 amp and 9 15 amp plugs. You can either enter the studio via the rolling shutter doors or through the main entrance to the adjacent building. The studio has a large car park with plenty of spaces and shutter doors for vehicle access to the studio for easy loading.
